Németh-Greens Kft. is committed to making its website accessible and usable by everyone, including visitors with disabilities.

This statement has been prepared in accordance with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the related Hungarian legal requirements.

Conformance level

The website aligns with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA and also meets most of the Level AA criteria of WCAG 2.2. Conformance has been assessed through internal manual and automated testing; no independent external audit has been carried out to date.

What the website provides

  • The website can be fully navigated using a keyboard, and the keyboard focus indicator is always clearly visible.
  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of the page makes the website easier to use with a screen reader and keyboard.
  • The menu, drop-down submenus and image viewer can also be operated using the keyboard (Enter, arrow keys, Esc).
  • Images have descriptive alternative text, and icon-only buttons have a text label.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and error messages are displayed next to the relevant field.
  • The website can be zoomed, and the layout remains usable on screens that are 320 pixels wide.
  • The reduced-motion system setting (prefers-reduced-motion) is respected: when this setting is enabled, animations do not run.
  • The contact form does not use CAPTCHA mechanisms that require users to remember information or solve puzzles. Content can be pasted from the clipboard into password and data fields.

Known limitations

  • The website is available in Hungarian, German and English; some texts in the German and English versions were machine translated.
  • The alternative text for photographs displayed in the galleries describes the subject rather than every detail of the photograph.
  • Captions and transcripts for embedded videos are the responsibility of the publishing service (YouTube); the video loads only after the visitor explicitly clicks to load it.
  • The contrast of some decorative elements on the website meets the requirements, but screen readers may handle superscript trademark symbols differently in longer texts.
